Charging Power for Single- and Dual-Vehicle Operation
Plan charging around your vehicles and operating schedule. The 320 kW model supports two operating modes:
| Operating Mode | Maximum Charging Power |
|---|---|
| Single connector operating | Up to 240 kW |
| Two connectors operating simultaneously | Up to 160 kW per connector |
| Combined dual-connector output | Up to 320 kW |
Actual output depends on vehicle battery voltage, charging acceptance, charger current limits and site power availability. Lower-power models have their own output limits.
Key Features
150–1000 V DC Output Range
A wide output voltage range supports charging projects involving different EV battery platforms. Connector compatibility, output current and vehicle charging requirements should be matched when selecting the model.
10-Inch Charging Display
The 10-inch display provides a dedicated interface for charging operation and status information. A clear front-panel layout helps drivers access the charging controls, while green, blue and red indicators show charger status.
Connector Options for Different Markets
CCS2 is the standard connector, with CCS1, CHAdeMO and NACS available as options. One- and two-connector configurations can be specified according to the model and project requirements.
OCPP Backend Connectivity
OCPP 1.6J and Ethernet connectivity support integration with compatible charging management platforms. Optional 4G connectivity and OCPP 2.0.1 are available for projects with additional communication requirements.
User Access Options
RFID authentication supports controlled charging access. App-based access and credit card functions can be customized according to the selected hardware and backend integration.
IP54 and IK10 Enclosure
The charger features an IP54 enclosure and IK10 impact protection. Air cooling supports thermal management, with a specified operating temperature range of −30°C to +50°C.
Integrated Electrical Protection
Protection functions include overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, overtemperature, ground-fault and surge protection, together with residual current protection and internal fuses.
Applications
Electric Truck Charging
Configure DC charging for compatible electric trucks at logistics centers, distribution hubs and fleet depots. Match charger output to vehicle requirements and daily charging windows.
Electric Bus Charging
Support depot charging plans based on bus schedules, battery capacity and available electrical infrastructure.
Public EV Charging Stations
Provide single- or dual-vehicle DC charging at public charging locations and commercial parking facilities.
Commercial Fleet Charging
Select power ratings, connector combinations and access methods to suit company vehicles and managed fleet operations.
